Hola!
My name is Sol, and I was born in a strange country at the end of the world, where I graduated from the Fine Arts University of my native city - Rosario, Argentina.
I also studied and worked in Animation and Photography, often blending all my passions together whilst travelling and living around the world (Mexico, Indonesia and Italy are the countries I settled in, right before the strange magic of London trapped me in for good).
I currently live in a floating home (aka narrowboat) in the waterways of the United Kingdom, accompanied by two beautiful beings, one of them being the subject of my inspiration (hint: meow-meow) whose name is Jackie, named after one of my heroines Jacqueline Du Pre, a cellist whose record I’m holding in the adjacent pic.
My current projects are writing and illustrating two books: one for children, another one for people who find it hard to grow up, just like me.
My hobbies consist of collecting vinyl records, wandering around new and old places, rummaging through vintage shops, and trying to befriend every animal that comes across my path.
